A holistic class which includes physical poses, breath work, meditation and relaxation
Classes held Tuesday & Friday 9.15am - 10.15am (term time only)
£12 per class or £120 for block booking (£10 per class).

Restorative Yoga
Relaxing and restorative yoga to ground and balance mind and body
Classes held Monday 7.15pm - 8.15pm (term time only)
